This is the official web site for the Mt. Shasta Chamber of Commerce Fireworks Committee. Fourth of July fireworks in Mt. Shasta have been a tradition for more than 40 years and continues to be the highlight of our Independence Day celebration. To make this event a reality takes hours of work and the generosity of many. Several businesses help support our fireworks and we greatly appreciate all they do, but we need your help too.
Each year the Fireworks Committee sets out to raise enough money to put on the best fireworks show possible over Lake Siskiyou. This could be our most challenging year ever but our goal is to raise the $20,000 it takes to put on this show. With the help of our Major Sponsors and every individual donation we can make this happen. You can help this tradition continue by donating to the fireworks fund.
One thing that we can assure you is that there will be a fireworks show this year as long as the Fire Chief gives us the go ahead. How big the show is depends on you...
